Title: Fudge - Gordon & Gert

Yield: 1 Servings

1 1/4	c	White sugar
1 1/2	c	Brown sugar
1	c	Milk ( Dad uses
		Homogenized)
2	tb	Cocoa
3	tb	Butter (not margarine)
1 1/4	ts	Vanilla

Mix white and brown sugar. Add milk, cocoa and butter. Boil mixture until it strings from a spoon. Remove from heat, add vanilla, also a pinch of salt if you wish. Stir briskly until it reaches almost a set consistency. Spread in a lightly greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Mark in squares as soon as it starts to set.

Options: Add these options while cooking. Add 1 square of unsweetened chocolate. Add about 1/2 a shot of Rum or what you wish.
